FAQs

meal kits

We focus on regional Indian cooking, not generic “curry.” Our recipes come from real home kitchens, not restaurant shortcuts. We avoid pastes, preservatives and shortcuts: everything is raw, dry, clean and designed to taste like a home-cooked meal, not takeaway food.

Our dry kits serve either 3 or 4 people, and our fresh kits serve either 2-3 or 3-4 people. Make sure you check the product card for more information!

Many of our dishes are naturally vegan, and some are gluten-free. Each kit clearly states allergen information and dietary suitability.

Our fresh kits include oil, so you'll just need water.

Our dry kits will need oil and water to cook but nothing else! We want to ensure our kits have everything included for a wholesome, authentic meal.

Our dry kits typically have a shelf life of 6–12 months because they contain raw, dry ingredients (and no preservatives).

Fresh kits will have a shorter shelf life of 3 days and will be clearly labelled - we suggest you make this the weekend you get it!

We prioritise flavour, not heat. Make sure you read the recipe descriptions to see what spice level the dish is targeting.
