Join Sarita in her kitchen where she will take you through 4 authentic Indian recipes. You will learn 1 bread dish (naan or chapati), 1 vegetable dish, 1 lentil/pulse curry, 1 rice dish. These will all be vegetarian, but Sarita will tell you how to modify these dishes so you can add meat at home. You'll mostly be observing, but will also get the chance to get involved. After the food is ready, you get to enjoy the fruits of your labour where you all sit and enjoy the food together. New recipes every month!
